Yes. Our herbal blends are made with certified organic herbs and contain no artificial flavors, colors, or fillers. We offer both organic loose tea and pyramid tea bags.

There is no added sugar in our herbal tea blends. Where a blend is lightly sweet, that comes from a small amount of organic stevia leaf, so you get a smooth cup without the bitterness many herbal teas leave behind.

It depends on the blend. Our evening and sleep blends are caffeine-free. Green blends contain the natural caffeine of green tea. Pure Detox is low in caffeine, not caffeine-free. Each product page lists the caffeine level for that specific blend, so you always know before you brew.

No. Our sleep and calm blends work through whole herbs and their natural plant compounds, not melatonin, CBD, or THC. You are drinking herbs and nothing else.

Some herbs are wonderful for these seasons, and some are best avoided, so there is no one answer for every blend.

Yes. Our stainless-steel infuser mugs are dishwasher safe. For the longest life, we suggest hand washing the lids and infuser now and then, since that protects the seals.

No. Stainless steel drinkware should never go in the microwave. Boil your water first, then pour it in.
